Visiting family

Today I went to visit my Aunt Gayle, but she wasn’t home so my dad and I hung out with my uncle Lew.

Yesterday we had driven to my cousin Sharon’s house to see my other Aunt Gail – the one who is 80. Sharon was there, too, and my aunt’s friend, Wyla, who traveled with her from Michigan.

It was a nice visit, but as always a little too short. My dad is a always so impatient. He can’t sit still for long.

I dropped him off at home and went to visit a friend in Jonesboro. She had just closed on her new home, so she gave me the tour. It’s really nice and spacious, and lots of room for outdoor living, too.

The house has a really nice children’s mural – which would be nice if Bonnie has kids – but it will probably be one of the first things to go once she moves in, so I took pictures of it to preserve its memory.
